Help, without a ticket number
- Support
- Website
Parahuman has a support page, at parahuman.co/support.
There is one address for help: hello@parahuman.co. A person reads your message and replies within one business day. You do not need an account. You do not need a ticket number. There is no portal to sign in to.
The page shows you when the reply is due
The page gives the date of the reply. It counts one business day from now, and it skips the weekend. It reads the date from your own clock, not ours.
The draft carries what we ask for
The second email is usually a request for facts that the first email can carry. The page shows a draft with five lines:
- What you expected
- What happened instead
- The approximate time
- The email address on your Parahuman account
- For a problem with Slack, the workspace and the channel
The draft opens in your mail application
A Draft button puts the text into a new message.
A mailto: link reaches only the mail application that your operating system registers. Webmail
opens in a browser tab, and it never sees that link. The button therefore lists Gmail, Outlook.com
and Outlook for work as well. Each one has its own compose address.
Outlook for work and Outlook.com are different services, and one does not open the other. Each one therefore gets its own line.
A Copy button copies the same text. Nothing sends until you press send.
Answers you can get now
The page links to the service status, the docs, this changelog, and a call with us. Below those, an FAQ answers the questions we receive most.
- Navigation The Contact item in the top bar now reads Support, and it opens the support page. The link to book a call is on that page and in the footer
- Website The support page is in the sitemap and in
llms.txt, so a search engine or an AI assistant can find it
