Export everything, whenever you want
Request an export from your profile page and get your mentions, keywords, and workspace data back in a portable file. No support ticket, no waiting on someone to run a query for you.
Deletion that tells you the truth
Account deletion is scheduled, not instant, and the dialog now says so before you confirm. It lists exactly what gets destroyed and ranks it by what you lose first, so nobody deletes a workspace thinking they are only removing a login.
If something goes wrong on our side, you see it. Deletion used to fail silently when a billing cancellation did not go through. Now the dialog explains what happened and lets you retry.
Sign in and land where you were going
Click a link to a specific mention while signed out and you used to end up on the dashboard, hunting for the thing you were sent to read. Sign-in, sign-up, and email verification now carry your destination through the whole flow and drop you exactly where you meant to be.

- Onboarding The company setup page lost the clutter, and its muted text is now readable
